How do I describe my intercom problem?
There are a number of common symptoms that arise in door entry systems. It’s not always simple to identify the underlying issue, but understanding the symptoms helps us to help you.
Audio or video not working inside your flat
Door release button inside the flat does not release the door
Doorbell button on exterior panel not ringing within the flat
Door is always open, whether you press the door release or not

Here are a few brands that we come across on a regular basis. In most cases, the brand name will be written on the intercom panel outside the building or intercom handset in your flat/office. If you can’t see a brand name marked on the panel, not to worry. Send us a few pictures and we’ll be able to identify it.
