Case Study 1:

This facilities department was in charge of a huge 39-storied office building . The facilities manager worried that over the years health and safety risks could crop up in the communal areas of the building. After all, the facilities team couldn’t have their eyes everywhere all the time.

The facilities manager invited Metrolocks to carry out an in depth survey of a total of 234 sets of single and double doors. Straightforward repairs were to be carried out during the survey.
